NORCROSS, Ga. (January 3, 2023) – Today, HCEA President Stan Park held a meeting to discuss the progress made by Hyundai Construction Equipment and Hyundai Material Handling in the second half of 2022 and look forward into 2023. In addition, Park recognized several employees for their hard work and dedication to the company.
First, Park recognized the individuals who received promotions beginning January 1, 2023. Susan Philpott was promoted to Marketing Manager from Assistant Manager. In addition, Ga Young Eom (Strategy) and Daniel Sohn (IT) were promoted from Senior Representative to Assistant Manager in their respective departments. Ricky Collao-Velasco (Parts), Nathan Winston (Parts), David Spooner (Service), Da In Chung (Finance) and Jae Eun Kim (Accounting) were all promoted to Senior Representatives in their departments.
Park also awarded the Parts and Human Resources Departments as Outstanding Departments in 2022. In addition, he recognized several individual employees for their hard work and effort over the past year. From HCEA’s administration team, Abdul Ghafor (IT) and Gil Hwang (Accounting) received recognition. Jonathan Wise (Service), Gordon Plotkin (Sales) and Ricky Collao-Velasco (Parts) were also acknowledged.
Park also awarded one employee with the “Outstanding Employee Award of 2022.” Sinki Jang, HCEA’s Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, was honored with this award.
