COME RAIN OR SHINE HYUNDAI TAKES TRAINING SERIOUSLY!

COME RAIN OR SHINE HYUNDAI TAKES TRAINING SERIOUSLY!

September 18, 2017 |

On September 11th-13th, 2017 Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas held the 2nd 2017 Hyundai Heavy Metal Sales Training at its USA headquarters in Norcross, GA.

Hurricane Irma created some challenges for attendees and logistics but salesmen from Canada and the U.S. – as far away as California – flew to Georgia to sharpen their product knowledge and selling skills of Hyundai equipment.

Hyundai Heavy Metal Sales Training is a 3-day, highly informative event filled with hands-on machine training, informative product presentations, financial selling discussions, side-by-side competitive comparisons, and professional selling skills training.

Hyundai’s Norcross-based headquarters for North America, features a state-of-the art training auditorium and equipment show room, plus an onsite cafeteria that are ideal for training and customer events.

During the three day training, attendees attended interactive presentations at Hyundai’s HQ and spent time at an off-site location in Cumming, GA, where salesmen were treated to instructor-led walk arounds and had the opportunity to operate Hyundai and competitive equipment.

Hyundai also provided a professional selling workshop hosted by William Walker of the Walker Consulting Group. Walker’s 20 plus years of sales training experience and uniquely fun and engaging presentation style kept attendees actively involved.  Salesmen were reminded of key selling fundamentals that can help them more effectively promote Hyundai equipment in their respective territories.

The Hyundai Heavy Metal Sales training program is just one of the ways that Hyundai and its dealers demonstrate team effort to enhance product knowledge and customer support capabilities, ultimately to provide excellent customer satisfaction to Hyundai equipment owners across North America.
