CE Technical Trainer

DEPARTMENT/GROUP: CE Service

FLSA CATEGORY: Full Time / Exempt

REPORTS TO: CE National Service Manager

The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working out of the Norcross, Georgia Headquarters. The Technical Trainer will report to the CE National Service Manager.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
The qualified candidate will be responsible for effectively developing, refining and implementing Hyundai Construction technical training needs, working closely with the Product Support Manager to align and meet organizational objectives. Maintaining an emphasis on serving the needs of the customer, best in class experience and promote a positive client environment within the training department.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must possess advanced computer skills including Power Point, Excel, Word and have aptitude to fully understand in house operating systems. -Solid organizational, interpersonal & communication skills required (both written and oral.)

MUST HAVE DIRECT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE RELATABLE TO THE POSITION
