CE Inside Technical Support (Telematics System based)

REPORTS TO: CE National Service Manager

The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working out of the Norcross, Georgia Headquarters. The Technical Trainer will report to the CE National Service Manager.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Manage the outbound service including dealer notification, tracking progress, collecting service information, and maintain the outbound service record updated.
• Work with Product Support team members on technical issues concerning electronic component programming and Hi MATE technical issues.
• Work with the warranty department and parts department when needed.
• Publish and distribute training material on specific Information for Hi MATE when needed.
• Maintain and catalog proprietary software and version updates along with an arranged delivery system to the dealer network.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in the service field.
• Good communication skills with dealers.
• Understanding of dealer network and troubleshooting shooting process of construction equipment.
• Familiar with telematics systems, service manual, and electric circuit diagram.

MUST HAVE DIRECT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE RELATABLE TO THE POSITION
