CE Service Coordinator - Norcross, GA

Reports to the National Service Manager.

Primary Duties:

The Service Coordinator provides an administrative support to the entire service department, filing time sensitive documentation and planning needs.  Maintain and collect information that is of relevance to service and technical staff for Hyundai Construction Products.

Responsibilities:  

  • Review warranty registration and Personal Information Agreement forms for accuracy.
  • Maintains information in an organized manner for distribution into the company network drive.
  • Assist Warranty Manager with warranty claim filing as required.
  • Enter voucher requests into SAP system and provides backup documentation to Accounting Department.
  • Document and track credit memo filings for warranty claims filed by dealers.
  • Assists dealer personnel in proper submission of warranty registration and claims.
  • Invoice suppliers/Vendors for all applicable warranty claims.
  • Provides dealer network with technical support for the Dealer Portal and HiMate, updating passwords and providing instruction for their needs.
  • Submits supply order (STO) to fill needs of service department.
  • Provide support to Service Manager with requests from dealers for any service related issues.
  • Coordinate the service training needs.

CE Hi-Care Inside Service Representative - Norcross, GA

Reports to the National Service Manager.

Primary Duties:

  • Support HD HCE-NA and external dealers with technical, parts and application information, HiMATE and LOAMS support, and providing licensing for electronic tools required for Perkins and Yanmar engines support.
    Provide dealers with Perkins PASS CODES for Perkins SCR issues as needed.
  • Report on HCE problems and suggested changes and/or updates to both the Operators and Service manuals so they can be corrected and / or updated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support DSMs with troubleshooting and technical information. 
  • Support HD HCE-NA District Managers by relaying customer feedback of machine concerns and questions related to machine options and applications.  
  • Review Training, Sales, and technical publication for accuracy. Report any inconsistencies to HCE through HD HCE-NA’s engineer liaison. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Be the face of HD HCE-NA technical support.  Respond to questions from the public that are routed through the HD HCE-NA web site and direct calls from end users.  
  • Work with Product Development and Marketing to educate them on the technical aspect of new features and how the systems interact with each other. 
  • Work with HD HCE-NA warranty department on technical related issues and job requirements for the repair of warrantable machines. 
  • Work with Part and service management to find local repair facilities to repair and rebuild cores to create Reman parts. 
  • Performing Failure Analysis Reports as required.
  • Work with the Product Support department, including the DSM and Aftersales Engineers, during the investigation of product issues and resolutions while providing crucial data to management and HCE Korea.
  • Organize and store electronic files to be shared with HD HCE-NA staff and dealers’ technicians when needed.

Position reportst to the FP & A Manager.

Primary Duties:  

Collect account payables from all departments to make payment in the proper period. Analyze the account payables to secure the limit of cash position. Report the sales tax to the Federal and States quarterly. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Review corporate cards to make monthly payment and report the statement to the management. 
  • Report sales information of US and Canada to the accounting firm for reporting the sales income tax. 
  • Review costs and expenses to ensure the booking keeping is compliance with SEC and GAAP reporting guideline. 
  • Accounting Payable Payment Process – Check, Wire, ACH, etc.

Reports to Senior Legal Counsel.

Primary Duties:  

This position supports the Legal Team in essential regulatory and compliance matters, including but not limited to, research of applicable laws and regulations and coordination of the preparation and completion of regulatory and compliance documents to ensure all required documents satisfy federal, state, and local government requirements, including but not limited to employment, environment, privacy laws and regulations. This position is responsible for implementing and monitoring of compliance controls, procedures, and operational processes. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Monitoring legislation, regulation, and compliance matters that could impact the business.
  • Providing treatment and support of operational regulatory issues in cooperation with HQ.
  • Providing timely notice to all necessary parties to regulatory and statutory changes.
  • Minimizing risk exposure and ensure adherence with regulatory standards by working with all internal functions to make sure compliance programs are properly implemented. 
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining internal policies and procedures in relation to regulatory and compliance matters in accordance with local and international best practices.

  • Conducting internal audits/investigations on a regular or ad hoc basis to ensure all required compliance programs are appropriately implemented.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Hyundai product expert on Hyundai CE product (mini/compact excavator, skid steer loader and compact track loader) features, functions, benefits.
  • Assist dealer personnel and Hyundai sales staff with sales-related technical product information.
  • Assist Product Sales Trainer and Product Marketing Manager with curriculum development for product training, sales resource tools and other sales and product related materials.
  •  Verify and proofread technical specifications, brochures, and other marketing resources for accuracy and improved content.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability work with people across departments and with counterparts in Korea to gather information.
  • This position will be expected to travel to dealers around North America (US and Canada) to provide sales-oriented product training, visit dealers and customers and assist with trade shows.
  • Travel will vary based on necessity but less than 30% travel should be expected at times.

Additional Responsibilities:

  •  Assist Product Sales Trainer with updates to product sales training and marketing support materials for all current Hyundai CE products, (especially compact product.)
  • Assist with product training as required regionally, HQ in Atlanta and Product Center in Carnesville, GA.

Customer Service Representative, Parts Dept - Norcross, GA

Primary Duties:
The Position of Customer Service Representative (CSR) parts is responsible for confirming and responding to parts – related inquiries and requests received from HD HCE-NA dealers (main customers of the corporation)

Dealer Communication

  • The CSR is the main communication link between customers and HCEA mainly through the media of email and telephone conversations.
  • The CSR should reply related to all dealers’ inquiries getting from Email & Parts Questions etc. to dealer after checking in detail.
  • Customer Training – Being thoroughly aware of and competent in the use of all systems and tools.
  • This position is the focal point for training our customers in the best methods of conducting business with us.
  • Problem Solving – Being trained and competent in our products and systems while building a personal network of resources. The individual CSR and the team will respond effectively and assist our customers with virtually any problem they encounter.
  • Transaction Completion – Certain transactions (e.g., authorization to return goods, order entry in special circumstances) must be completed by the CSR because of system requirements. Additionally, provide customers with data they are not able to access.
  • CSR will also carry responsibility for invoicing, credits, and debits for his/her customers as well as working with accounting in managing their customers’ accounts and will also help with all normal office functions of filing, reporting to management, etc.

Parts Claims & RGA

  • Checks and evaluates the details of the Parts Claim received from the dealer.
  • If necessary, the CSR forward approved Parts Claim information to the person in charge so that can file a claim with the carrier or HQ.
  • For RGA returned from the dealer, the amount to be compensated to the dealer is determined based on the results of the warehouse review.

Dealer Order management

  • Order Release  – Check the dealer’s order status and release order for parts in stock on the schedule agreed with the warehouse.
  • If necessary, support cancellation of orders requested by dealers in consultation with Parts Inside & Warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Requires understanding of company policies and procedures and All work must be conducted in accordance with company standards and policies.
  • Efforts are required to continuously develop one’s work skills.
  • Select the right parts and proceed and manage the order quantity and price accurately without errors.
  • Must continuously produce relevant manuals for the tasks in charge of.
  • Any problems found should be reported immediately.
  • Actively cooperate with requests for assistance from another subsidiary and HQ.
  • Requires a strong working understanding of systems and resources used in departmental operations and the ability to see through daily work situations and determine what resources are necessary to resolve them in an efficient and appropriate manner.
  • Works in close unison with and full cooperation with the Departmental Manager in all circumstances and provides a unified leadership with the Departmental Manager for the department.

  • Facilitate training via webinar or any other platform.
  • Assist Product Manager and Marketing Manager with sales training material creation and updates.
  • This position will be expected to travel to dealers around North America (US and Canada) to provide product sales training, visit dealers and customers and assist with trade shows.
  • Travel will vary based on necessity but over 50% travel should be expected at times.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate customer visit to Product Center in Carnesville, GA and assist with product demonstration and operation.
  • Assist Product Sales Trainer with updates to product sales training and marketing support materials for all current Hyundai CE products.
