CE Technical Trainer - Norcross, GA

DEPARTMENT/GROUP: CE Service

FLSA CATEGORY: Full Time / Exempt

REPORTS TO: CE National Service Manager

The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working out of the Norcross, Georgia Headquarters. The Technical Trainer will report to the CE National Service Manager.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
The qualified candidate will be responsible for effectively developing, refining and implementing Hyundai Construction technical training needs, working closely with the Product Support Manager to align & meet organizational objectives. Maintaining an emphasis on serving the needs of the customer, best in class experience & promote a positive client environment within the training department.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must possess advanced computer skills including Power Point, Excel, Word and have aptitude to fully understand in house operating systems. -Solid organizational, interpersonal & communication skills required (both written and oral.)

  • Must have experience in Digital Training environment.
  • Candidates must also: Enforce best practices established by management to ensure a safe, working environment for company personnel & training consumers.
  • Be able to travel to provide customer focused technical training up to 50% or as required.

MUST HAVE DIRECT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE RELATABLE TO THE POSITION
