Primary Duties:
In addition to supporting the Marketing Manager and the Marketing Team on all marketing initiatives, the Marketing Communications Rep will be responsible primarily for the administration of the dealer salesman app, company websites, dealer portal updates, email marketing communications, print literature, and promo merchandise management.
Responsibilities:
Website and Dealer App Management
-Update corporate website and dealer app with photos, blog content; news post coordination, and creation.
-Works with website and app services provider to update the HCEA website and dealer salesmen app so that it is more user-friendly.
-Update dealer portal with marketing information links.
-Monitor pricing on the dealer-used equipment website.
Product Sales Literature and Dealer Marketing Materials
-Coordinates with product managers the creation of product spec and sales presentation sheets.
-Manages the printed literature ordering and posting on the website.
-Maintains annual policy manual for all depts, salesmen bonus, finance program, and co-op guideline updates.
Email Marketing
-Manage email list in Constant Contact. Consistently gather content / create monthly marketing email newsletter, supporting sales, service, and parts department with dealer email notifications as needed.
-Coordinates “New Dealer” onboarding sales support materials distribution and training webinars as needed.
-Attends and/or provides support for tradeshows as needed.
-Works with Sales Team and Dealer Network to provide marketing and sales support as required.
Promo Merchandising Store
-Manages promo website inventory with outside vendors, re-ordering online and in-house promotional merchandise to be distributed amongst dealers, employees, and trade show events.
Skills:
Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat DC, and Constant Contact experience is a preferred skill set.

The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working in the Norcross, GA headquarters. The CSR will report to the National Parts Manager. The hours are M-F (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.). Relocation is not available for this position.
Primary Duties:
The position of Customer Service Representative Parts has two functions. The first is to represent the customer to the company and the second is to represent the company to the customer. Effective communication and relationship building are keys to this position.
Responsibilities:
Customer Contact – The CSR is the main communication link between customers and HCEA mainly through the media of electronic mail and telephone conversations.
Customer Training – Being thoroughly aware of and competent in the use of all systems and tools. This position is the focal point for training our customers in the best methods of conducting business with us.
Problem Solving – Being trained and competent in our products and systems while building a personal network of resources. The individual CSR and the team will respond effectively and assist our customers with virtually any problem they encounter. Transaction Completion – Certain transactions (e.g. authorization to return goods, order entry in special circumstances) must be completed by the CSR because of system requirements. Additionally, provide customers with data they are not able to access.
CSR will also carry responsibility for invoicing, credits, and debits for his/her customers as well as working with Accounting in managing their customers’ accounts and will also help with all normal office functions of filing, reporting to management, etc.
