Parts Marketing Coordinator - Norcross, GA

The Parts Department of Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas, Inc. has an immediate need for a Construction Equipment (CE) Parts Marketing Coordinator.

The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working in the Norcross, GA headquarters. The position will report to the National Parts Manager.
The hours are M-F (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.). Relocation is not available for this position.

Primary Duties: 

The purpose of the position of Parts Marketing Coordinator is to promote all aspects of the Parts Operation at Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas through all venues available and to represent the company and the department professionally at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Create departmental marketing programs and distribute marketing materials through websites, print sources, bulletins, industry print and electronic sources, and all other available media.
  • Assist dealers in creating marketing resources for dealer parts operations.
  • Train dealer personnel in marketing, sales, and also in all areas of communication with the Parts Operation. This may include system operations, contact with the Customer Service Team, promotions, programs, forecasting, and any other function relating the dealer parts operation to Hyundai Parts.
  • Organize and promote annual Parts Manager’s meeting for dealer personnel in Norcross including presentation materials, presenter, topics, meetings, meals, lodging, etc.
  • Perform new dealer visits to provide training in departmental relations and operations; and, to introduce marketing strategies and programs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in parts operations, preferably in heavy equipment
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel, Work, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working with all types of media

Marketing Communications Representative - Norcross, GA

Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas, Inc. has an immediate need for a Marketing Communications Rep. The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working out of the Norcross, Georgia Headquarters. The Marketing Communications Representative will report to the Asst. Marketing Manager.

Primary Duties:
In addition to supporting the Marketing Manager and the Marketing Team on all marketing initiatives, the Marketing Communications Rep will be responsible primarily for the administration of the dealer salesman app, company websites, dealer portal updates, email marketing communications, print literature, and promo merchandise management.

Responsibilities:

Website and Dealer App Management
-Update corporate website and dealer app with photos, blog content; news post coordination, and creation.
-Works with website and app services provider to update the HCEA website and dealer salesmen app so that it is more user-friendly.
-Update dealer portal with marketing information links.
-Monitor pricing on the dealer-used equipment website.
Product Sales Literature and Dealer Marketing Materials
-Coordinates with product managers the creation of product spec and sales presentation sheets.
-Manages the printed literature ordering and posting on the website.
-Maintains annual policy manual for all depts, salesmen bonus, finance program, and co-op guideline updates.
Email Marketing
-Manage email list in Constant Contact. Consistently gather content / create monthly marketing email newsletter, supporting sales, service, and parts department with dealer email notifications as needed.
-Coordinates “New Dealer” onboarding sales support materials distribution and training webinars as needed.
-Attends and/or provides support for tradeshows as needed.
-Works with Sales Team and Dealer Network to provide marketing and sales support as required.
Promo Merchandising Store
-Manages promo website inventory with outside vendors, re-ordering online and in-house promotional merchandise to be distributed amongst dealers, employees, and trade show events.

Skills:

Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat DC, and Constant Contact experience is a preferred skill set.

CE District Service Manager (Mid-West Region) - Norcross, GA

Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas, Inc. has an immediate need for a CE District Service Manager (Mid-West Region).
The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working out of the US Mid-West Region. The CE District Service Manager will report to the National Service Manager.

Primary Duties:

The District Service Manager provides contact and liaison between HCEA service staff and dealer service staff to HCE. They maintain and distribute information that is of relevance to service and technical staff on Hyundai Construction Products. The District Service Manager is responsible for guiding dealer service, warranty, and training personnel to a mutually beneficial and prosperous relationship with HCEA.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing Failure Analysis Reports when needed, with experienced input as to the cause of failure. Experience and understanding of construction equipment and related topics on a high technical level is a requirement.
  • Maintain technical information on HCEA products and provide dealers and HCEA service with information as requested.
  • Work with marketing and sales department to develop and distribute Municipal Bid Specs and increase sales of units to government agencies.
  • Work with the product support department during the investigation of product issues and resolutions while providing crucial data to management and HCE Korea.
  • Distribute, track and monitor field service campaigns required for product improvement/recall in accordance with HCEA policy.
  • Work with HCEA warranty department on technical-related issues and job requirements for the repair of warrantable machines.
  • Provide information regarding modification or changes required to Hyundai technical documentation.
  • Works with parts department on any part improvement submissions from HCE to ensure related parts are available for delivery as needed.
  • Develops and maintains a database of FAQs related to technical product information.
  • Assist dealer personnel by recommending proper products to fit customer-specific applications.

Qualifications and Requirements:
10(+) years of experience in the CE industry preferably at an OEM or dealer level.
50% travel during a month is required, some months may require more so driving and/or flying will be required.

CE Customer Service Representative - Norcross, GA

The Parts Department of Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas, Inc. has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative.

The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working in the Norcross, GA headquarters. The CSR will report to the National Parts Manager. The hours are M-F (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.). Relocation is not available for this position.

Primary Duties:

The position of Customer Service Representative Parts has two functions. The first is to represent the customer to the company and the second is to represent the company to the customer. Effective communication and relationship building are keys to this position.

Responsibilities:

Customer Contact – The CSR is the main communication link between customers and HCEA mainly through the media of electronic mail and telephone conversations.

Customer Training – Being thoroughly aware of and competent in the use of all systems and tools. This position is the focal point for training our customers in the best methods of conducting business with us.

Problem Solving – Being trained and competent in our products and systems while building a personal network of resources. The individual CSR and the team will respond effectively and assist our customers with virtually any problem they encounter. Transaction Completion – Certain transactions (e.g. authorization to return goods, order entry in special circumstances) must be completed by the CSR because of system requirements. Additionally, provide customers with data they are not able to access.

CSR will also carry responsibility for invoicing, credits, and debits for his/her customers as well as working with Accounting in managing their customers’ accounts and will also help with all normal office functions of filing, reporting to management, etc.

-Assist the Dealer/ Client in parts related matters
-Ability to react quickly and accurately to inquiries
-Work within the Parts team and other Departments

Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office program.

CE (Construction Equipment) Product Specialist - Norcross, GA

Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas, Inc. (HCEA) has an immediate need for a CE (Construction Equipment) Product Specialist.

The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working out of the Norcross, Georgia Headquarters. The CE Product Specialist will report to the Director of Product Marketing.

Primary Duties:

  • Serve as a Hyundai product expert on Hyundai Construction Equipment product features, functions, benefits.
  • Assist dealer personnel and Hyundai sales staff with sales-related technical product information.
  • Capture voice of customer data to drive product innovation.
  • Verify and validate technical specifications, brochures, and other marketing resources for accuracy and innovative content.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work with people across departments and with counterparts in Korea to gather information. This position will travel throughout North America providing sales-oriented product training, visit dealers, end-user customers, and assist with trade shows.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Product Sales Trainer with updates to the product.
  • Create sales training and marketing support materials for all current Hyundai CE products.
  • Assist with product sales training as required regionally and at Headquarters in Atlanta.
  • Monitor competitive product activity and create competitive comparisons for CE products.
  • Report customer requirements to HCE product development.
  • Travel as needed to Korea to attend product development meetings, when scheduled.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of dealer and customer contact databases including company names, primary contacts, telephone, address, and emails.
  • Provide expertise to dealer sales staff and HCEA District Sales Managers via phone, email, or through field visits, as needed, to assist with sales efforts.
  • Work with HCE Korea and other HCE divisions to coordinate and conduct product comparison testing on new products prior to launch or after.
  • Responsible for analyzing data and converting it to sales benefits and advantages for use in marketing communications and sales training.
  • Assist marketing department with literature editing and sales material development.
  • Assist with other marketing initiatives and events such as trade shows as needed.
  • Assist with product walk-around videos for training and social media.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • This is an office-based position in Norcross, Georgia, unless traveling. Overnight travel will vary but is estimated between 20-50%.
  • Must have a good understanding (technical) of construction equipment technologies.
  • Must have excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Three to five years of experience is preferred in sales or distribution management.
  • Knowledge of the construction equipment industry is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, product, or technical training is preferred but not required.
  • Must be very proficient in PowerPoint, Excel (including pivot table creation).
  • Some experience with graphics programs like Adobe Photoshop or InDesign are preferred but not required.
  • Additional construction equipment experience is a plus.

Primary Duties:

The Dealer Development Representative will identify and develop strategic relationships with current, new and potential dealers. This position will work in conjunction with marketing, sales and training to implement Dealer Development initiatives.  Will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Validating Leads and Updating dealer leads info on CRM (Phone calls and Website research)
  • Responsible for the document processing for new dealers
  • Working with Legal on creating Dealer Agreement, Security Agreement, and Personal Guaranty
  • Coordinate the new dealer training for Sales, Service, Marketing, and Parts
  • Update the new dealer status report
  • Creating market reports for potential dealers in Excel, PowerPoint
  • Assisting in creating dealer profile reports

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

  • 2 years sales experience

  • Strong computer and organization skills
  • Bachelors in Marketing Business or Information Tech preferred

  • Work with Product Support team members on technical issues concerning electronic component programming and Hi MATE technical issues.
  • Work with the warranty department and parts department when needed.
  • Publish and distribute training material on specific Information for Hi MATE when needed.
  • Maintain and catalog proprietary software and version updates along with an arranged delivery system to the dealer network.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in the service field.
  • Good communication skills with dealers.
  • Understanding of dealer network and troubleshooting shooting process of construction equipment.
  • Familiar with telematics systems, service manual, and electric circuit diagram.
