Contract Freelance Copywriter - Norcross, GA

Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas, Inc. has an immediate need for a Contract Freelance Copywriter for the Marketing Department.

Primary Duties:

Contract freelance copywriter needed to help with writing long-form content (magazine, blog articles, press releases) sales collateral, ad headlines, and social media captions.

Ideal candidate will be able to balance several projects at once and work and available on a consistent weekly basis of 15-20 hours per week.

Qualifications:

Ability to multitask, juggle deadlines, manage time, and communicate clearly about progress against assignments

Previous experience writing headlines and CTA that drive engagement

Excellent proof reading skills with a keen eye for flawless grammar, spelling, and polished writing

Construction industry experience helpful, but not required

All applicants must include a writing sample to be considered

Hourly pay negotiable, based on experience

Work on your own schedule and remote (10 – 20 hours per week)

Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas, Inc. has an immediate need for a Dealer Development Representative.

The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working out of the Norcross, Georgia Headquarters. The Dealer Development Representative will report to the Manager Dealer Development.

Primary Duties:

The Dealer Development Representative will identify and develop strategic relationships with current, new and potential dealers. This position will work in conjunction with marketing, sales and training to implement Dealer Development initiatives.  Will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Validating Leads and Updating dealer leads info on CRM (Phone calls and Website research)
  • Responsible for the document processing for new dealers
  • Working with Legal on creating Dealer Agreement, Security Agreement, and Personal Guaranty
  • Coordinate the new dealer training for Sales, Service, Marketing, and Parts
  • Update the new dealer status report
  • Creating market reports for potential dealers in Excel, PowerPoint
  • Assisting in creating dealer profile reports

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

  • 2 years sales experience
  • Experience using CRM
  • Strong computer and organization skills
  • Bachelors in Marketing Business or Information Tech preferred

Travel will not be required for this position.

Marketing & Trade Show Representative - Norcross, GA

Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas, Inc. has an immediate need for a Marketing & Trade Show Representative.

The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working out of the Norcross, Georgia Headquarters. The Marketing & Trade Show Representative will report to the Assistant Manager Marketing.

Primary Duties:

The Marketing & Tradeshow Representative’s role is to support sales and marketing by being responsible for the coordination of trade shows and various marketing budget tracking assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Book trade show booth space, create registration badges, manage housing, packing and sending exhibition material from the warehouse, and returning exhibition materials to the warehouse
  • Work with vendors, e.g. exhibit hall, show services, caterers, printers, etc., to ensure timely, cost-effective execution
  • Manage sponsorship schedule including working with internal partners on upcoming sponsorship activity, fulfilling logistical requests, and updating the spreadsheet with recent activity
  • Assist in the creation and send of pre-show and post-show communications
  • Travel to and support onsite execution and management of key events, including show set-up and tear-down
  • Track trade show expenses and assist in complete financial reconciliation
  • Ensure processing of show leads in CRM system and distribution to salesforce
  • Maintain show schedules, project checklist, and processes through exhibit management templates
  • Maintain brand and support PR across all events and customer-facing activities
  • Assist with dealer advertising co-op budget
  • Manage retail customer database
  • Advertising administration and vouchering of all expenses.
  • Assist with new dealer onboarding process tracking

Skills:

  • 1-2 yrs. experience in trade shows/events or hospitality
  • 3-5 yrs. experience working in marketing or sales department
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Google Meets or Zoom
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on execution and results
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Construction industry experience a bonus, but not required

The job will require occasional overnight travel and weekend travel as needed for marketing events and activities.

REPORTS TO: CE National Service Manager

The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working out of the Norcross, Georgia Headquarters. The Technical Trainer will report to the CE National Service Manager.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Manage the outbound service including dealer notification, tracking progress, collecting service information, and maintain the outbound service record updated.
  • Work with Product Support team members on technical issues concerning electronic component programming and Hi MATE technical issues.
  • Work with the warranty department and parts department when needed.
  • Publish and distribute training material on specific Information for Hi MATE when needed.
  • Maintain and catalog proprietary software and version updates along with an arranged delivery system to the dealer network.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in the service field.
  • Good communication skills with dealers.
  • Understanding of dealer network and troubleshooting shooting process of construction equipment.
  • Familiar with telematics systems, service manual, and electric circuit diagram.

The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working out of the Norcross, Georgia Headquarters. The Technical Trainer will report to the CE National Service Manager.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
The qualified candidate will be responsible for effectively developing, refining and implementing Hyundai Construction technical training needs, working closely with the Product Support Manager to align and meet organizational objectives. Maintaining an emphasis on serving the needs of the customer, best in class experience and promote a positive client environment within the training department.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must possess advanced computer skills including Power Point, Excel, Word and have aptitude to fully understand in house operating systems. -Solid organizational, interpersonal & communication skills required (both written and oral.)

  • Must have experience in Digital Training environment.
  • Candidates must also: Enforce best practices established by management to ensure a safe, working environment for company personnel & training consumers.
  • Be able to travel to provide customer focused technical training up to 50% or as required.
