PRIMARY DUTIES:

Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas is seeking to fill a position for Marketing Manager. This position will report to VP of Marketing and is responsible for the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works directly with company’s management committee to develop company’s short and long-term goals
  • Works with group of in-house and third party marketing specialists to develop comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve the set goals that include: media plan including digital marketing, trade shows strategy, dealer incentive programs, other special events and budgeting and executing all related expenses
  • Analyze product and market trends and develop future model development in conjunction with other global marketing managers
  • Support 75 independent distributors with multiple locations in North America to improve their operation by sharing the best in practice
  • Support all special company events, planned or unexpected

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS degree in Business or Marketing/Sales

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to represent the company with the highest professional manner
  • Minimum of 5-year experience in marketing field of industrial equipment distribution
  • Good understanding of digital marketing field
  • Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic mechanism
  • Ability to lead the team by example
  • Able to travel 25% of time

DISTRICT SALES SPECIALIST-INSIDE SALES - Norcross, GA

DEPARTMENT/GROUP: CE Sales

REPORTS TO: VP National Sales

PRIMARY DUTIES:

The District Sales Specialist (DSS) serves as the primary contact for assigned dealers and their sales personnel to manage communications regarding machine and attachment specifications, pricing, equipment availability and order management. The DSS supports and works with assigned District Sales Managers (DM) to accomplish sales goals for their assigned territories. The DSS provides direct telephone and face-to-face engagement to assigned dealers to provide sales, pricing and delivery information necessary to achieve end-user customer sales and equipment orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work directly with assigned dealers through telephone and face-to-face contact and sell wholesale and retail equipment to dealers and end-user customers that helps achieve monthly departmental objectives.
  • Work with CE Sales Team to plan, coordinate and allocate inventories to achieve optimum sales in their assigned territory.
  • Work with CE Sales Team and Dealer Network to provide marketing and sales support as required.
  • Manage all order writing processes, documentation and files and processes into HCEA internal system for fulfillment of orders.Initiates order of HCEA equipment inventories and factory built machines to fill dealer orders.
  • Provides dealer and DM with regular inventory updates to maximize sales potential of HCEA inventoried machines.
  • Coordinates with vendors on the receipt and scheduling of machines and attachments to expedite the shipping of units to customers.
  • Assist in and work with trade show personnel in participation of trade shows.
  • Other sales and marketing functions and duties as required by HCEA management.

REQUIRMENTS:

  • 2 year college degree (Minimum)
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing or business administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and work in fast paced office environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service passion

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

The work environment is a non-smoking office environment combined with some travel (20%) to assigned dealers. Microsoft Office and internal HCEA systems utilization. No heavy lifting required. Accommodations can be made for handicapped employee.

DEPARTMENT/GROUP: CE Service

REPORTS TO: CE National Service Manager

PRIMARY DUTIES:
Effectively develop, refine and implement Hyundai Construction technical training needs, working closely with the Product Support manager to align & meet organizational objectives. Maintain an emphasis on serving the needs of the customer, best in class experience & promote a positive serve the client environment within the training department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works closely with training coordinator to understand training needs, technician capability & scheduling
  • Deliver value based dealer training focusing on consumer need, product population & corporate goals
  • Develop & execute continuous improvement programs related to systems & technical training
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to ensure that training meets company objectives
  • Maintains proactive communications to capture consumer feedback & outgoing messaging alignment
  • Develop, refine & manage training catalog, calendar & training bulletins
  • Maintains skills proficiency, manages updates, communication, & resources to provide training solutions to internal customers, dealer warranty & service personnel
  • Track & maintain all reporting data on training classes (In-house, field, web-based or individual sessions)
  • Development of classroom curricula, testing materials, documentation, planning & scheduling
  • Work with product support manager to ensure training complies with training objectives

OTHER DUTIES:

  • Provide weekly scheduling, curriculum & attendees updates to the product support team
  • Maintain monthly training reporting & update product support scorecard
  • Ensure internal alignment by communicating team reporting & shared targets status
  • Other duties and functions appropriate to the position as assigned by the manager

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a positive team player & possess excellent customer service skills
  • Solid organizational, interpersonal & communication skills required (especially written)
  • Must work with Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel along with other e-tools on a daily basis.
  • Enforce best practices established by management to ensure a safe, clean tobacco free working environment for company personnel & training consumers
  • Able to travel to provide customer focused technical training up to 50% or as required
